Pacific Galvanizing is capable of working with a wide array of products, from pole line hardware, to large structural pieces. We frequently work with fence hardware, structural and ornamental fabricated pieces, trailers, marine accessories, unconventional castings, cupped washers, bolts, and other castings.
Bellow is a small sample of what we run routinely, however, virtually any steel piece can be galvanized.
STRUCTURAL and STOCK
We routinely galvanize a variety of structural fabricated and stock pieces, including beams, channel, tubes, and frames. We are able to process a wide variety of shapes and sizes.
MARINE and TRAILERS
Marine accessories including chain, anchors, cleats, and boat trailers.
OEM
We are able to meet quality and turnaround needed for OEM products such as utility line hardware, construction brackets, and utility vaults.
ORNAMENTAL
We are able to meet the quick turnaround these projects usually require, routinely processing railings, fence panels, gates, finials, sculptures, and art pieces.
RACKS
We process bike racks, truck racks, commercial storage racking systems, and rack accessories for truck and trailers.
CERTIFICATIONS
We provide certification of compliance, including standard certifications and Cal-Trans certifications.
SMALL PARTS
Threaded parts, bolts, brackets, washers, small plates, and other small pieces can all be run on our centrifugal galvanize line.
REBAR and EMBEDS
All sizes of rebar, including spiral and other curved shapes. We also run embeds, pylons, and other in ground end use pieces.
RUSH SERVICE
We offer expedited service for time critical orders.
